Ronald Bilius Weasley is the best friend of Harry Potter. After a bad beginning he was also good friends with Hermione Granger to whom he later fell in love and married her. They had two children, a daughter and a son.

He was rather good at magic, as he was able to successfully perform the Slug-vomiting Charm, a spell Hermione noted to be rather complicated in the best circumstances, although it should be noted he ended up using it on himself instead of Draco Malfoy, his intended victim.
